Lecture on “75 Years of the European Union: Challenges and Future Prospects”

Area Study Centre for Europe, University of Karachi organized a lecture on “75 Years of the European Union: Challenges and Future Prospects” by Dr. Munir Hussain, Assistant Professor and HoD, Department of Entrepreneurship, Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi. Dr. Hussain discussed the foundation and operational framework of the European Union and its continued functioning over more than seven decades. He emphasized the EU’s political, social, and economic structures and policies, noting that even non-EU states are benefiting from this institution. Additionally, he addressed Pakistan’s trade relationship with the European Union and explored how Pakistan could enhance its benefits by accessing the European market.
